No Hassle Return Policy & Term and Conditions

Once Customer checks out from the shopping cart, Customer accepts & honors the Return Policy & Term and Conditions.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you may return the items for an exchange or refund as long as the items are in the original condition within 30 days of receiving your purchase. REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ONLY AFTER GOODS ARE RETURNED TO US AND ARE IN RESALEABLE CONDITION.

Just simply place your product in a box with a copy of your invoice and return the package with instruction to proceed with the exchange or refund.

We do not refund any shipping charges, only the price of the item/s returned. Product must be in original condition.  

Defective Products

Contact us for a return authorisation of defective merchandise. We will not accept defective items without return authorisation. Contact us at customerservice@petmirrors.co.uk for authorisation. Once you receive authorisation, use the same procedures as above and also include an explanation of the defect. We will replace the product for the same item. We must be notified of defective products within 7 days of receiving purchase.

Shipping Errors - Customer must notify us within 7 days of any shipping errors and we will work through how to correct the error. We only accept returns to:

Delivery

We only ship using My Hermes and Royal Mail. We provide tracking to all customers upon request if available. If the customer disputed delivery, we will provide proper delivery tracking information to Customer. If the delivery tracking states delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, then the customer will accept this tracking as final proof of delivery. This applies even in the event the customer did not sign for the package. Customer takes full responsibility for delivery.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct shipping information.  If the product was shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer, the customer takes full responsibility for shipping costs and the full cost of the items shipped.
